We deliver every order within 7 days of the order being placed and confirmed by the customer.
Once your order is confirmed, our team processes, packs, and dispatches it as quickly as possible. In most cases your products will reach you well within the 7-day window. Delivery timelines may occasionally be affected by factors outside our control, such as weather, local transport conditions, or remote delivery locations.
Orders are processed on working days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day. You will be informed once your order has been dispatched.
We currently deliver to serviceable locations across the region we operate in. If your area is not serviceable, our team will contact you to arrange an alternative or to discuss your order.
Any applicable shipping or handling charges are shown clearly at the time of checkout before you confirm your order. If no charge is displayed, delivery is included for your order.
You can check the status of your order at any time from the Track Order page using your order ID or the mobile number used when placing the order. The page shows the live status of your order from confirmation through to delivery.
Please ensure someone is available to receive the order at the delivery address. We request that you inspect your order at the time of delivery and report any damaged or incorrect items within 24 hours, as explained in our Returns & Refund Policy.
